Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, time and time again. Cruise prides itself on being a luxury sales brand, however their staff are unhelpful, extremely rude and do not even consider customer satisfaction.
Cruise Stores agree with this and discuss the poor quality of customer service online.
I recently purchased an item of clothing which was completely crushed and without any tissue paper or protection. It seemed as though a member of staff had quite literally thrown it into my delivery. When I contacted the online sales team about this, they informed me that their products are not delivered in this manner and I would have to return the item, which is no longer available, in order to "investigate the evidence". In other words claiming that I was a liar. I also received a bag without a dust bag, or any protective tissue on the hardware, leather or strap. Again as this product is no longer available, I would have to return in order for my case to be "proven". At no point were the staff apologetic that I had received my items in poor condition. I seriously doubt that these sales staff are making any cruise purchases, such as handbags £1000 plus therefore their behaviour and attitude is inexcusable.
I would avoid shopping online at all costs as it only creates problems, and would encourage customers to spend their money in store- where they will be met with helpful and polite staff who make customer service a priority.
