I had to return items due to not fitting I contacted cruise by email to say the card I paid on was cancelled due to me losing it and could they pay into my new card Straight away I got an email saying no it would have to be by check which I think is poor customer service I returned items to Hugo boss marks and Spencer's etc not a bit of bother I have emailed asking when check will be issued still waiting on reply everything done by email I have no telephone number to speak to a member of cruise staff it's the first time I've shopped at online cruise and will certainly be my last ...
