It would have been 5 stars if the courier DPD had actually delivered to the correct address and despite me rising this as an issue and receiving confirmation that some "random" person had signed for, the delivery driver refused to return to pick up and deliver to me and I was left to go and find myself.... obviously very concerning when I had spent £300 on goods and no one is interested In the address clearly written on the package..... know this is not a direct issue with Cruise as the goods were despatched very efficiently, just would make me think twice ordering in the future if the courier service employed by your company shows a total disregard towards your customers purchases.
I have complained to DPD, so was worth me highlighting to Cruise, as I would have concerns in the future purchasing clothing that might never reach me( on this occasion it did and I have had to return a few items that didn't fit, so would appreciate a speedy turn around on processing these).
