Whilst Cruise undoubtedly have a wonderful selection of products, the customer services aspect is shocking.
I submitted a query and received a curt reply back with no follow up after I questioned their response.
They don't respond via social media either,
Unfortunately the company seem all too happy to take your money but aren't worried about long term custom.
A great shame.
