You sent me a faulty bag which cost me £11 in postage to return. Despite being promised by your customer services that this would be refunded if I e-mailed them proof of this postage they have not even replied to my e-mail let alone refunded my postage.
The bag was poorly packaged which was probably the cause of the damage. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Cruise again.
