I placed an order with cruise paying extra for special delivery & STILL don't have my parcel. This was a birthday gift. On telephoning the carrier they said it looks like the parcel has gone abroad??!! I asked if they could investigate however they said I need to contact cruise. Tried to do so but their online contact number was closed???!!! Very very disappointed. Expensive item ordered & no idea where it even is.
