Received parcel in a disgraceful state,torn apart and the goods flattened. Contacted Mark from customer services who told me to send them back in, at my cost for a refund. I then replied that as it was nearly the end of the month I had no money to return OR to get another present in time to replace this item,so I asked if there was anything they could do.... Answer from the very helpful Mark....NOTHING. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES
