I bought a pair of trainers for my sons birthday when i hot them thry were faulty, i sent them back asking for a replacement pair sent out i phoned several times about this i was told it was noted on the acount and a new pair would be sent out , a couple of days later i got an email saying i was being refunded for the item as thats what they said i asked for which was not the case , when i phoned about this they said they dont know why this happened , so as this happened i never had the trainers for his birthday and all the customer service said was yhey eould offer me a free delivery when this was all your fault in the first place for sending out faulty item and this is not the first time this is the fifth time ive returned faulty goods its a bit of a joke to be honest.
