I have made several orders and every time the service is exemplary. However, I recently made another order and forgot to add an item. I tried to order this 24 hours later but could not add the EXTRA20 discount code. When i queried this the reply I received didn't answer my question. I have not ordered the jacket - this would have been a £400.00 sale for you.
