My experience of Cruise has been good however, twice I had to return items to you. One was the wrong item sent and the other was faulty. On both occasions I had to pay postage which was not refunded. I can accept being liable for return postage if I don't want the item or I order the wrong size but not in circumstances like this where I'm not at fault.
