I have sent massages via Facebook and also left comments on cruise fashion posts on Facebook.... you have hidden my comments rather than reply!!
Your customer services and order process is a joke.... I ordered items and 3 days later at 12.05 you told me two weren’t in stock... I sent an email at 6am Saykng to canceks the whole order as the items were part of two outfits and without all of them it was no good!!
When I rang your customer services they told me that no one would have picked up the email at that time.... you can send the but can’t read them....!
Instead of deducting the monies from the money I already paid you decided to take an additional money from my paypal meaning I had to wait 4 days for a full refund rather than the difference!
All in all not a good experience!!
