It's like a mess.
Employees have no basic knowledge.
So I have not heard the answer yet.
I can not make a connection even if I make a phone call.
If you do that, I do not know why there is a phone number or a customer center.
And you do not keep your promises.
The date you promised to answer was already in the past.
Why is your customer center so incompetent and unfriendly? I'm really angry.
