The one thing that I find most disappointing is that the Customer has to pay Postage for returning goods even though the garments are 'a poor size fit/not totally accurate to size' in some cases. You are the only company I deal with who asks for paid Postage from customers. Perhaps you will reconsider your Policy. Also I find your Return packaging is poor quality in comparison to the efficient and streamlined method of your Conpetitors - not helpful in any way for the Customer.
