I ordered my partner a pair of shoes only to receive an email saying the item was no longer available. A few hours later i was on the website and the shoes were available in the size i had ordered. As the order had originally been placed the money had been taken from my account and not returned for 5 days which returned after the discount had now ended. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me and feel for a company like cruise, flannels, van mildert etc to have a system that doesn't update when an order is made is poor. I spend a lot of money every year in these stores and feel let down by this system not at any fault of the staff. I had been in contact with Katie who was a help and offered to give me the discount so as i placed the order yesterday there is now the cyber offer which would have gave me my discount and a return on my money spend as these shoes are £650. Would have been nice if i would have been advised on this offer and to hold off a few more hours in order to receive my discount and vouchers for my money spent. As a returning customer who has shopped in cruise for over 15 years i feel let down in a series of poor service in the past week Reagards Scott
