I ordered a pair of trainers on Black Friday when there was 20% off. I was busy at work and trying to order quickly on my lunch break I forgot to put the promo code in at checkout. The transaction went through. There is no phone number to contact customer service. The only way to contact is email so I email straight away asking can my order be cancelled and I will reorder and put the code in? I then email regarding same order asking if you can't cancel the order can I be refunded the 20%. The trainers were £215 so £43 is quite a big discount to lose out on. I only had an email to say that my querie was in a queue and someone would be in touch. That was Friday 24th November and it's now a few hours away from 1st December. I have received the item fine but I think it's really poor customer service
