Always great clothes, but disappointed by the lack of cohesion between the online and retail stores. You can order with discount online, but some of those items didn't appear in store. As an example, i went in to try a top on for size before I ordered online - I went to pay in-store and they said there wasn't a discount so I literally opened my browser in the store and showed the staff member the discount whilst he watch me place the order - mad really, but there goes the high street for you.
