I spent a lot of money on a Burberry Purse for a gift, I have purchased many before from the store and I have had friends that have ordered one online who received the box to go with the purse. I never received a box and I am still waiting for someone to tell me whether I can get one or not.
When spending that sort of money the least I expect is to receive the box!
