When I went to place an order of a black belt I selected a size and it switched it to a brown belt without making me aware so I checked out. I payed £6.99 for delivery for the belt to not even come in a box just some bag. I then realised I got the incorrect item. I drove 100 miles to the store in Glasgow to return item/ swap for a black one to be told that they can’t deal with anything bought online. I then relised I will have to pay to return item then repurchase in black. I’m so disappointed. Me and my boyfriend love the Cruise shops but will not be using online ever again, very unhappy with service.
