where do i start? i placed an order and it said order processed. I waited four days and the order had not moved out of processed status. I then rang to be told they were trying to figure out what happened with my order. I was promised a callback twice and never received it. i had to call back twice myself only to be told they still did not know what was going on with my order. Whenever i called back on fir day i escalated it to a manager. I was then told that the order had finally been picked and processed. Probably one of the worst customer service/ordering expieriences i have ever went through.
