few times you've lost my parcels or stolen by the post man... postage price is to expensive. I don't recive any discount as I use the Edinburgh shop a lot. The stuff in the shop seems to be better quality than the online orders as it seconds or stuff people have tried on loads.
some of the brands could have better selection. online store doesn't match the shops. takes to long to get delivered for £6 it should be next day or delivered to the shop
