I tried on a Jacket in Manchester that I really liked, but they did not have my size, so I tried my size in another colour and it fitted perfectly.
When I returned to Aberdeen I found it on the Cruise website so ordered it and had to pay £6.95 postage which is unusual when the item cost £280.00, usually this is free. When I received the item it was too tight over the chest and baggy at the bottom, so had to return it which cost another £3.90. So in total I have spent £10.85 on an item that I didn't keep, because the size was incorrect.
