You gave me the wrong bar code so I came away from the collection point empty handed. I phoned stuck in a queue, emailed twice to no avail. I even sent a Facebook message still nothing. I phoned dpd waited 50 minutes to be told the fault was with Cruise. You have taken my money but I have nothing. My son is without his Christmas present.
