Really really bad customer service. I sent e-mails twice to cancel my order. The first one was within 2 hours after I ordered. But you totally ignored my inquiries and just sent it. If the order couldn't be canceled, you should let me know why not and what else I could do, shouldn't you? But you also ignored the second cancellation email I sent and just noticed me the order processing and delivery status. All I could do was just wait your reply but you didn't give me any response. It is truly unhappy experience. So if you ignore me again, this would be the last time with you. I will never use you and strongly unrecommend you around me.
