Whilst I love shopping at cruise I would have given 5 stars but the delivery wasn’t great. We were due for delivery on Saturday and received a txt after staying in to tell us that delivery couldn’t be made. So we had to pick up Sunday morning from the depot, we waited 20 minutes at a window waiting for someone to open up after arriving at out alloted time. Normally delivery is excellent but this time fell short of the cost we paid. Placed another order with Cruise and once again same driver for DPD didn’t deliver our parcel. Once again we had to go pick it up at their depot. When parcel was collected we were given all sorts of excuses about why he didn’t deliver the parcel. Twice we have paid for delivery, twice we have had to go pick up the parcels NOT HAPPY with this service.
