I bought a black Stone Island badge knit jumper last week on Monday, accidentally paid twice, because of some problems regarding payment with Paypal. However I have no order on my account on the website, and I have sent three e-mails to them since last Monday, but not gotten a single answer in 10 days. I feel scammed. Also, their customer service phone number doesn't work.
Very disappointed...
