Ordered on Saturday evening and received the order on Monday via DPD, which was really great. Items well packed with a zip bag for the garments. BUT delivery charge £6.99 is a bit steep (it was £5.99 on my last order) and I had to pay £8.55 postage costs to return one of the items because it didn't fit. I returned it the next day and was refunded 3 days later. So 5/5 for quick delivery and fast refund, but delivery cost and having to pay to return items is not so great...why not a free returns service like most retailers? I don't order very often from Cruise because of this, I would order more if returns were free.
