The box was dirty and the trainers had a few dirty marks on them, having recently ordered similar trainers from the designers website also there was no comparison when I got your pair, surprised as when you go in store to Cruise the service is above and beyond but delivery wasn’t great. I cleaned the box and trainers but I shouldn’t have had to do that to brand new Gucci trainers. Thanks
