Overall i have a fast delivery and respond from the customer service. however, what I hope that can be improved are (1) the size guide shown is a general for all brand. it should be the size guide according to their own brand and fitting (regular, slim or custom). other website has size guide according to brand and fitting. (2) i was charged with custom in my country (Malaysia). typically from my other purchase for similar items, i never get tax/custom before. (3) the packing could have been better. no plastic cover for my polo shirt for Lacoste and Ralph Lauren.
