Wrong sizing on website, ordered 3 suits, they cost 6.99 postage (£1500 worth of suits) they came next day so had to post back the suits for an exchange for 2 for the correct sizes and one refund.
Cruise clothing helpline they'll only answer if they can be bothered and you will always Be 2nd in the queue and an average call answer time is 21 mins, I then posted the items for an exchange it cost me £20 postage.
I've called and emailed and no reply.
If it's not sorted today I'm calling trading standards.
