Got new summer Moncler jacket (£480) . Got home and unfortunately found a flaw in it so had to drive back the 80 mile round trip to return it. Which was really disappointing with 2 young kids in Easter holidays in pouring rain. Ordered on line as wasn't another in shop, paid delivery to save me driving back and it came really quickly and in great condition.
