Good service as usual but my biggest complaint with the Cruise/Flannels service is the ridiculous standard £6.99 minimum postage cost. Nearly every other online retailer offers a free delivery service,especially on orders of those value that are received by Cruise and I actively seek to purchase elsewhere first because of this out of principle
