I ordered 4 items,with a total of £331,on behalf of my mother in law on Monday 28th May. Both my mother in law & myself shop with Cruise at least twice a year,spending roughly £1500 between us. On Tuesday 29th May my mother in law visited the Glasgow Store with a CP Company jacket she had purchased in December of last year as part of my husband's Christmas. My husband has only wore this jacket on a few occasions. The stitching on the jacket was clearly faulty & my mother in law wanted it mended or replaced. After speaking with the Store Manager she was a advised that Cruise would do neither. I honestly can't believe that given the custom we both give Cruise & the importance of excellent customer service that this is how she was treated. We are both extremely disappointed.
