I was delivered someones else's order. The items and the invoice receipt were under someone else's name but were delivered to me rather than my order. After contacting Crusie fashion I was advised to send the items back (which didn't go smoothly).
After returning the order I was told that they have been unable to contact the other person who's order I have received. I was then advised that this mix up is impossible and cruise fashion could not be at fault. Holding my ground and arguing my case, the manager advised that they would do another investigation and I would be contacted within 2 working days (latest by Monday). bearing in mind it has already been over 2 week since my order.
It is Thursday and I still haven't had any contact despite calling in twice and being told that the manger would call me shortly.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. Being a social media influencer I will be taking this matter to social media as I would not like anyone to go through what I am going through.The order was of £2000+ and has caused me great anxiety trying to chase them up. They have taken the incorrect items back and not given a refund or replacement.
The matter still has not been solved ( 3 weeks since the order was delivered) and I am still awaiting an update.
So please stay away and do not waste your money.
