I purchased a jacket from Cruise and got all correspondence relating to my purchase from Flannels. Wasn't a problem but it's a bit unprofessional as it made me question what was going on. Since found out that both are the same company.
packaging of the product was poor. Should have been much better. Fortunately the jacket was a real bargain.
