Good Things:
High quality designer items
Wide range of sale items
Fast and tracked delivery
Bad things:
size guides are incorrect
Chargeable delivery is annoying
Non free returns is annoying
Customer service line is poor
All in all I will still continue to buy from Cruise as the items are very good quality. However you should review your policy on delivery charges (asos, fred perry, gabicci all have free delivery and returns) especially in light of the inaccurate sizing as I imagine most of your returns will be due to sizing.
