Bought a Stone Island ghost sweatshirt in the sale at £150 (rrp£210)plus postage on delivery to find the arm badge missing! Obviously a returned faulty item that was not checked and resold!
On top of that it has cost me a further £7.20 postage to return the item insured and tracked due to the value of the item where most online returns are free shipping.Then will have to wait 14 days for refund !
Totally disappointed will not be using this online retail outlet again
