Very poor service, missing parcel and no accountability from customer service. DPD even worse but given I’ve paid the money to Cruise surely they should take ownership?
It’s bad enough to pay delivery on products worth hundreds but not to even get the parcel is bad, standard response ‘do you want a refund’. Really no empathy at all. Will not bye from here again it’s End all the way from now.
