Put in the wrong delivery address by mistake so as soon as I got the confirmation email I sent an email to customer service. Didnt recieve a reply until 2 days later and ironically after the order dispatch email (to the wrong address). Customer services told me that the address couldnt be changed as the order was dispatched which I replied had you got back to me quicker than 2 days it could have been. The overall service is good but the customer service is atrocious.
