I placed an order for a dress plus the added £6.99 delivery and it arrived within two days, this was excellent.
However, I requested a Medium size but was sent a Small instead. In order to send the parcel back I then had to pay £8.71 postage for a delivery which was an incorrect item. It’s not an ideal first impression of shopping with Cruise. I would like to believe it’s a ‘one off’ error. Meantime one £15 out of pocket for an item I didn’t request.
