Firstly, I am of the opinion that cruise reviews its postage charge. It's unfortunate that if you buy almost £2000 worth of clothing you will pay for postage. At least there should be a benchmark amount (maybe £300) that will attract or require free postage. Also, there should be a paid return stamp in case customers want to return any unwanted item etc.
Secondly, there should a point based system whereby points are allocated to customers on each purchase. Thirdly, there should be a voucher-based system to encourage and appreciate regular and even new customers.
These are some of the ways to encourage and appreciate your customers. It is very important that some or all of these suggestions/recommendations are adopted. I believe if they're adopted there will a significant customer increase and also increase in purchases.
