I have sent you an email, would have thought by now you would have seen it.
Not only ( admittedly not Cruise fault, however you manage them) the courier service is disgraceful. Leaving my parcel out in the road outside of my very building, is an insult, but they actually left 2 parcels in the road, one for me and another was for another person in my building. Thankfully a passerby was honest enough to pick them up and bring them to my security team reception.
Secondly, when I received my garment it still had the security tag attached, so much for controls.
Again, I took garment to selfridges and they happily agreed to remove the tag.
When i spoke with one of your customer services staff, after waiting 22 minutes on the phone, she informed me i should return the garment to you. And risk another incident with Yodel again..... This is not the first time this courier service has failed, and am sure it will not be the last.
