I ordered a £1000 bag as a gift for my daughter starting back school and it arrived wrapped up in a bubble bag placed inside a Flannels dust bag and stuffed inside a black postage bag wrapped in tape. I ordered the same bag but the smaller version from Selfridges and it arrived in a Louds box inside a Selfridge box and all protected by special wrapping around both the box so that wasn't damaged and the bag. So discussed in the bad packaging that the Loubs bag was delivered in. Then to top it off my daughter goes into the pockets of the bag looking for the certification documents and finds a tag stating the bag was reduced from £995 to £450. Customer service and care of customers items are a total disgrace. I have never received a Christian Louboutin item that has not been in a box and always had all the certification paperwork with it. If it was up to me that item would have been returned but my Daughter absolutely loves the bag and will not allow me to return it as it matches her shoes. Selfridges customer services and care of your purchased items are by far a much better store and experience.
