I received my parcel from cruise a couple of days ago. I ordered a Paul smith top as a present and it still had the security tag on it!!! This was a present for my brother and it was his birthday the next day. I didnt have any time to send it back or go into a store to get it taken off.
I shop in cruise regularly and spend a lot of money on items from Cruise, but this is not the first time this has happened to me. I'm very disappointed with this service as these things should be getting checked before being posted out.
