Eg. I had bought a pair jeans and a belt online which cost for delivery which I understand . The belt didn’t fit so I wanted to return it however I couldn’t return/exchange it in store, I had to post it off and pay for it and didn’t get my money back after a while. This is not a complaint just would like to put this out there and probably make a change, thanks.
