Overall delivery service is quick and efficient however ,I feel the delivery cost is far too high -standard delivery is £7.00 even if it’s only one item that is being ordered which can be very off putting in that situation -also if you want to return by your local post office (For those living in a rural area for example )again it’s the customer having to pay for this and as these goods are high cost it’s semsible to have the parcel insured for loss so this again is expensive .I would use both Cruise and Flannels more often if the initial delivery cost was lower and to be competitive in this market all returns should be free of charge .
Also it would be really helpful if the customer could state online or in the app (for e.g like the Zara system )if you need to exchange for a different size and the new size could be reserved there and then and the stock being returned also then made available .Currently you have to return and hope the other size will be there by the time your parcel gets back to Cruise or otherwise re -orderand .pay for the items again and pay yet another delivery charge-..again this deters me a lot of the time sometimes from using Cruise .
The other issue is around customer service and follow up -firstly the telephone number being extremely hard to find and then most of the time noone answers the phone or you are kept on hold for a long time .More promotion codes /discounts more often would also be a real incentive to use Cruise.
