Your customer service is diabolical! This was the 6th time I'd ordered the item because your incompetent staff kept getting it wrong.
And to now say that 'your opinion matters to us' is a load of rubbish as you never resounded to various emails of complaint.
You're a shambolic mess of a company and I won't be shopping with you again.
I will however be writing about this in my blog as I'm a professional journakisr so I'll be telling my readers to stay away from yoyr site!
