For a luxury retailer not to have either free delivery or free returns was very disappointing.
What was even more surprising was the fact that items bought in store can not be returned for a refund, only a credit note! I feel this is something that should be clearly written near checkout and not somewhere in fine print in company policy documents and should stated during purchase. Thirdly, items purchased online can not be returned in store either.
Items on sale maybe high-end, customer service and convenience, not so much.
