Great item, good price, fast service however the suit was received with the security tags still in place!!
Called Cruise and was told that the only way to get them off would be for me to send back the item with a note asking for security tags to be removed and item returned. I have to pay for postage and then claim reimbursement.
How can mail order companies leave on security tags?!!
