The items were nice however I had to return boots. I didn’t feel the return options were great. I didn’t want to return them but had to because they didn’t fit. I’ve never had that problem and have a few pairs of these boots so I didn’t think it would be a problem. I had to select “changed my mind” which wasn’t the case. I’ll also only order from shops with feee delivery- especially since I spent quite a bit - and free returns.
