The packaging I received my dress in was disgraceful, the dress was squeezed into a small plastic bag which was then in a black bag. No branding, no box, no tissue even, no care for the item.
In a world where there's lots of competition between online designer retailers, buying experience is all and the final interaction with Cruise, was very disappointing compared to other designer retailers I've bought from.
